An Equestrian's Breakthrough

I am 64 years old. I have 35 acres of horse property and 5 horses to care for. I’ve been going to Marina for 2 and a half years to keep me able to care for my horses and my property. I started going to her when the pain in my shoulders, wrists and especially hands got to the point that I could hardly hold onto or lift anything. Even holding a pencil to make a list was painful. My fingers would also go numb and tingly, making it difficult to feel anything. (I also am an artist, painting in oils and doing pencil drawings; I hadn’t done any art work for a few years as I was at the place where drawing/painting had been too painful to continue). Blanketing and/or saddling my horses was very uncomfortable due to the pain in my shoulders, and caring for the horses was a difficult undertaking, much less riding them. With only 2 sessions, I was able to attend a riding clinic in Pagosa Springs for a week, enjoying myself and my horse with little pain. I have been going to Marina since then, as I continue to find different things that need fixing. I can do most of my work myself, even moving bales of hay, using all my tools to fix those things that always need fixing, and, most of all, caring for and riding my horses without any help. When the doctors tell you that you “just have to live with it”, don’t believe them, You don’t!
